Sales terms and conditions


The present Sales Terms and Conditions regulate all sales contracts stipulated between Eden Exit S.r.l. (from now on Eden Exit) and the Client on the website

1. Acceptance

I. The contract stipulated between Eden Exit and the Client is confirmed by the acceptance from Eden Exit. Where not clearly denied with communication to the Client, acceptance is implicit. By placing an order on, the Client declares to have read and wholly accept the present sales conditions.
II. If the client buys as a private, at the end of the buying procedure he must keep copy of these sales conditions according to Italian law artt. 3 & 4 of Dlgs n. 185/1999 about remote sales.

2. Limitation of responsibility

Eden Exit is not responsible in any way, within or without contract terms, for direct or indirect damages caused to people or objects by:
- denied acceptance, full or partial, of an order
- usage of sold products.

3. Sales terms

I. The Client can buy the products available on Description and technical details published are meant to show the features of the products on sale. The images are intended as descriptive and might present differences from the sold products. Eden Exit might change products, prices, descriptions and images any time and without any notice.
II. Order confirmation is sent to the Client by e-mail, to the address provided at registration. The e-mail message includes date and hour of purchase, order number and a summary of the purchased products. Should the Client find any inaccuracy, he should communicate them to Eden Exit by e-mail at [email protected], including order number.
III. Should Eden Exit deny order acceptance, the Client will be promptly notified by e-mail, and any possible refund will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
IV. The prices displayed on are intended as without taxes (VAT). Taxes will be clearly shown on order summary, before purchase.
VI. For the purchase of modules, the license is intended limited to one installation only. Should the client whish to install a single module on more shops, he/she would need to purchase a license for any installation needed.

4. Payment

Bank transfer
The Client can pay Eden Exit by Bank Transfer, in advance. The bank details will be shown at the end of purchasing procedure. Order acceptance and product download will only be issued when the payment will be registered by the bank. In the Bank Transfer reason the Client will write the order number received by e-mail or that can be found on Client's accont on If within 5 working days the payment won't be received, the order is meant to be canceled.

The Client can pay Eden Exit by the Paypal system, by using his/her paypal account and/or Credit Card. Every transaction is performed directly on the Paypal website, assuring maximum payment and data transmission security. Eden Exit does not, at any time, get hold of payment data, hence it cannot be responsible for malfunctioning, mistakes or stolen data happening on the Paypal website.

5. Warranty

- warranty over modules compliance is valid for 12 months upon purchase
- warranty does not cover compatibility issues with unofficial Prestashop themes or third party modules (we can provide on-demand support previous quotation)
Should Eden Exit release a module update within 3 monts from purchase, the customer is entitled to receive it for free.

6. Right of termination

The products sold by Eden Exit are digital. Hence, according to EU directive 2011/83/Ue on Customers' rights, the client might terminate the order only before starting product download. If product download has not been started, the Client can terminate the contract/order within 14 working days, by e-mail at [email protected]

7. Applicable law

The present sales terms and conditions are regulated by Italian Republic laws. Any dispute deriving from the Contract and its fulfilling will be settled on the Treviso (Italy) Courthouse.
